World-renowned pioneer, Mr. Hachiro Ogihara laid the technological foundation for accurate presswork die production, and succeeded in fabricating incompatible quality sheet metal parts. He also decided to offer technical support to competing manufacturers, and made a significant contribution to the growth of the Japan’s automotive industry. In recognition of these great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Hachiro Ogihara into the Hall of Fame.
