Having been involved in the creation of the ‘Flying Feather’ light automobile early in his career, Masuda promoted the development of the first car for the Japanese Emperor, as well as the first front-wheel-drive vehicle at Nissan, thus establishing the core manufacturing technology for today’s road cars. In recognition of these great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Tadashi Masuda into the Hall of Fame.
