As a motor journalist with a sense for practical science, Mr. Shotaro Kobayashi formulated road test reports through elaborate studies. He started a new magazine called Car Graphic, and served as its editor for 23 years. By describing cars only via relevant remarks, his efforts helped improve vehicles and made a significant contribution to the evolution of our automotive culture. In recognition of these great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Shotaro Kobayashi into the Hall of Fame.
