Devoting his life to automobiles and the collecting of material and information from all over the world, Mr. Heitatsu Igarashi worked on numerous designs and contributed towards the popularization of motoring culture through his writings on car history. In recognition of his great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Heitatsu Igarashi into the Hall of Fame.
