Mr. Yoshisuke Ayukawa

Born in 1880

Founder and commander of Nissan Concern and the first President of Nissan Motor Corporation

Founder and leader of the Nissan concern and the first President of the Nissan Motor Corporation, with the hope of bringing prosperity to the Japanese nation and automotive industry, Mr. Yoshisuke Ayukawa began the mass-production of automobiles. With his worldly vision, he devoted his efforts to the production of Datsun vehicles, supporting many medium and small companies along the way, and even proposed the construction of high-speed motorways. In recognition of his great achievements, the Japan Automotive Hall of Fame is honored to induct Mr. Yoshisuke Ayukawa into the Hall of Fame.
