The name of this non-profit organization is Japan Automotive Hall of Fame, better known as JAHFA.

In an era when the Japanese car industry has grown to surpass world levels in terms of production volume, performance and quality, the invaluable efforts and wisdom of our predecessors who contributed so much toward the development of the automobile in Japan all too often tend to be forgotten with the passing of time.

The mission of this organization is to praise the achievements of the many people who shaped the destiny of the industry, as well as those responsible for promoting science and motoring culture. We aim to highlight the roles they played in the establishment of our now rich and colourful automotive society in Japan, and to pass on their legacy to inspire future generations to become closely involved with the car world.
